ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ade Oyejobi - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.   • Coordinate and schedule appointments with local businesses to establish and maintain referral relationships.
  • Manage and maintain the office calendar, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and follow-ups are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with businesses and internal teams to confirm appointments and gather necessary information.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries and referral coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute scheduling reports and updates to relevant team members.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining contact databases.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline scheduling processes and improve referral workflows.
Compensation $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
